Lambert Adjibogoun

Lambert Adjibogoun is an investigator with the Multnomah County Department of Human Services. In his previous positions, he served as a medical Spanish language interpreter, a Medicare Part D program manager with the state of Oregon, and a Family Services Supervisor with the Head Start Program. In these positions, he closely worked with Hispanic and other minority communities to ensure their equitable access to health insurance and care.

Mr. Adjibogoun’s interest in the equity field began with his successes and challenges at a young age in accessing and navigating through different languages and cultures in Italy, France, and Spain. He lived, studied, and worked in these countries prior to relocating to the United States.

Mr. Adjibogoun earned a master’s degree in social sciences and is currently completing course work to earn an executive master’s degree in public administration from the Hatfield School of Government, Center for Public Service at Portland State University. In addition to speaking five dialects from his native country of Benin, he also is multilingual in Spanish, French, and Italian.
